How To Tie The Belt

Place the belt in front of your body, short section of the belt to your right.

With your left hand, pass the belt around the back of your waist making sure you bring it over the top of the belt in front.

Belt should look like this after first pass around your waist.

With your left hand, again pass the belt around the back of your waist making sure you bring it over the top of the belt in front.

Belt should look like this after second pass around your waist.

(Intermediate Position)

Pass the portion of the belt you just wrapped around your waist under and behind the belt in the front of your waist pulling it upward.

Cross your left hand over your right hand so that the belt is crossed. Then change your hands to hold opposite ends of the belt.

Bring the lower portion of the belt up and place it through the loop created by the crossing of the belts.

Grab the ends of the belt, one in each hand.

Pull both ends of the belt to tighten it.

The length of the belt ends should be equal.
