This presentation features the 2 Korean ji pang e hyungs (cane patterns) used in Han Kuk Mu Ki Do (Traditional Korean Weapons). Ji Pange E training helps the individual develop fluidity and power to not only his weapon techniques, but to his empty hand defenses as well.
