In this presentation Han Kuk Mu Ki Do™ Founder, Grandmaster James S. Benko, 9th Degree Black Belt, teaches the 3 Cha-Ru (Tonfa)
Patterns of Han Kuk Mu Ki Do™. The Korean word for Cha-Ru means "Handle" in English (Tonfa in Japanese). Grandmaster Benko demonstrates each pattern for the viewer.
Each pattern is shown from several different directions. The techniques of each pattern is also divded in "Sets". Each "Set" contains a series of movements from the pattern.
The "Sets" provide the viewer with a closer look of each technique in order to help the viewer gain a complete understanding of each pattern.
The 3 Cha-Ru Patters are:
Il Cha-Ru Hyung (1st Cha-Ru-Pattern), Ee Cha-Ru Hyung (2nd Cha-Ru-Pattern), and Sam Cha-Ru Hyung (3rd Cha-Ru-Pattern). Grandmaster Benko narrates the presentation.
