The 6th pattern in Tae Kwon Do is Joong-Gun. Joong-Gun is the hyung (pattern) required for advancement from
5th Gup Green Belt with Blue Stripe to 4th Gup Blue Belt
in the International TaeKwon-Do Association. You "Yell"
(YAH) on the second and last movement of Joong-Gun.
