The 21st pattern in Tae Kwon Do is Moon-Moo. Moon-Moo is the second of three hyungs (patterns) required for advancement from 4th Degree Black Belt to 5th Degree Black Belt in the International TaeKwon-Do Association. You "Yell" (YAH) only on the last movement of Moon-Moo.
