The 23rd pattern in Tae Kwon Do is Se-Jong. Se-Jong is the first of two hyungs (patterns) required for advancement from 5th Degree Black Belt to 6th Degree Black Belt in the International TaeKwon-Do Association. You "Yell" (YAH) on the first and last movement of Se-Jong.
