The 11th pattern in Tae Kwon Do is Po-Eun. Po-Eun is the first of three hyungs (patterns) required for advancement from 1st Degree Black Belt to 2nd Degree Black Belt in the International TaeKwon-Do Association. You "Yell" (YAH) on the first and last movement of Po-Eun.
